Hummer Construction Resources is a small but experienced construction support services firm. We are also a certified Small, Woman-Owned Business (WBE). With over 25 years experience in the industry, the firm relocated from Northern Virginia and began doing business in Roanoke, Virginia in 2001.

HCR has provided construction support services for a number of government and private sector projects, including change order control for Phase One of the Pentagon Renovation Program and third party code compliance inspections for the Dominion Semiconductor manufacturing facility.

Cynthia Hummer is the majority stockholder and the Principal-in-Charge. Cindy’s career background includes working in commercial real estate and development. She leads the firm’s marketing efforts.

Faye Sensabaugh controls the day-to-day operations of HCR and is a Principal in the firm. Faye’s background includes general contracting and A/E design services.

Keith Hummer serves as the leader for our construction services and is also a Principal in the firm. He brings thirty years of hands-on experience to the table. Keith is LEED AP.

Our professional affiliations include the American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers, American Institute of Constructors, US Green Building Council and the Building Commissioning Association.
